- 1. PERSONAL INFORMATION:

- We do NOT collect any Personal Information about you. “Personal Information” means personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, physical address, calendar entries, contact entries, files, photos, etc.

- 2. NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION:

- We do NOT collect non-personal information about your use of our Apps and aggregated information regarding the usages of the Apps. “Non-Personal Information” means information that is of an anonymous nature, such as the type of watch you use, your watch unique device ID,  the list of system applications and currently installed applications, and information about the way you use the Applications.

- 3. LOCATION SERVICES:

- We do NOT collect your location information. Location information can only be accessed  on some watch faces to give you your position in real time.

- 4. HEALTH DATA:

- The use of information received from Health Connect adhere to the Health Connect Permissions policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

- All health data transmitted from phone to watch is encrypted

- No health data is stored or transmitted to third parties

- As no health data is stored, the app does not provide any tools for the user to delete the data

- When the mobile application is first launched, the user is prompted to provide the necessary permissions to access Health Connect data. At any time, the user can remove these permissions. This will stop the synchronization of health data from the mobile to the watch

- We do not collect any health data about you. Health data is only accessed to be displayed on your watch (like the number of steps in the day)

5- THIRD PARTIES SHARING

- We do NOT share or sell data specific to the end user to third parties. We have no interest in housing and storing users personal information or data.
